TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION

Connecting Innovation to Washington and Alabama’s Defense Hubs.

Innovative companies often reach a point where government becomes part of the growth strategy—through regulation, public-sector adoption, funding, partnerships or market access.

Fideo helps startups, technology companies and suppliers navigate that environment and get in front of the people who decide.

HOW WE HELP

From Startup to Federal Partner

Washington & the Department of War

We help emerging companies understand how federal agencies and the Department of War identify needs, fund research and buy technology—and we make the introductions to the offices, program leaders and policymakers whose support matters.

Lobbying & Political Introductions

We represent companies before congressional offices and state leaders, building awareness of a company’s technology and the role it can play in federal and state priorities.

Grants & Non-Dilutive Funding

We identify federal and state grant, research and contracting opportunities, and help align a company’s strategy, partners and timing to compete for them.

ALABAMA’S DEFENSE HUBS

Getting Suppliers Closer to Huntsville, Mobile and Birmingham.

Alabama’s defense economy is growing. Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville has been named the permanent home of U.S. Space Command headquarters, Mobile’s shipyards build vessels for the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard, and the U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a new training center on the former Birmingham-Southern College campus in Birmingham.

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, that growth creates opportunity—if they can get in front of the right prime contractors, programs and decision-makers.

WHERE WE FOCUS

Three Hubs, One Supplier Strategy

NORTH ALABAMA

Huntsville

Redstone Arsenal, NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center and one of the country’s densest concentrations of aerospace, missile defense and space programs.

GULF COAST

Mobile

Navy and Coast Guard shipbuilding at Austal USA, port-driven logistics and a growing heavy-industrial base on the Gulf Coast.

CENTRAL ALABAMA

Birmingham

Home to the U.S. Coast Guard’s new training center, with first students expected in late 2026, and a deep manufacturing, metals, engineering and logistics base positioned to supply programs in Huntsville and Mobile.
